We expect that you’ll love your kellinsilver products but we realize some returns are inevitable. Please feel free to return any kellinsilver item that you have purchased or received and are not completely satisfied with. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your receipt of merchandise. Please be aware that there are some clearly marked items that are not eligible for returns.
Please e-mail email@example.com to receive instructions before shipping the package back to us. Our “returns form” must be completed and returned with the items. Please track all packages mailed to us. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package’s condition is not suitable for a safe return back to us. You are responsible for items damaged in return transit.
If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, kellinsilver will pay the return-shipping costs.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake, whether it is a return or an exchange.
We suggest you ship all items through postal air mail(such as USPS) with tracking capabilities. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We are not responsible for missing packages.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please include the reason for your return.
If you need to cancel an order please email us. Orders canceled before shipping will be fully refunded. Please allow 2-4 days for your refund. Once an order has shipped you will need to follow instructions above for returns.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-5 business days of our receipt of your return merchandise, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the items minus shipping costs.

If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged products, email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange to have it inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
In order to serve you most efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your account.
